Each Haló wig is crafted from 100% raw Vietnamese human hair with HD lace, single-knotted hairlines, and bleached knots for an undetectable finish. Every piece is designed to replicate natural growth patterns, combining medical-level precision with aesthetic artistry.
Are Haló wigs made from real human hair?
Yes — all Haló wigs are made using 100% raw, unprocessed Vietnamese human hair. The cuticles remain intact and aligned in one direction, ensuring long-lasting softness, minimal shedding, and a realistic flow.
What does “HD lace” mean?
HD (High Definition) lace is an ultra-thin, transparent lace that blends seamlessly with any skin tone. It gives the appearance of hair growing directly from your scalp and is the most natural lace option available.
How long will my wig last?
With proper care and maintenance, a Haló human hair wig can last 2–3 years or more. Regular gentle washing, correct storage, and avoiding excess heat or friction will extend its lifespan.
Can I wear my wig every day?
Absolutely — Haló wigs are designed for daily comfort. Though if possible, we recommend rotating between two units if you wear wigs full-time, to allow each one to rest and maintain its structure.
Can I use heat styling tools?
Yes. You can curl, straighten, or blow-dry your human hair wig just like natural hair. Always apply a heat protectant spray and keep tools below 180°C to preserve the cuticle integrity.
Can I colour or tone my wig?
Yes — Haló wigs can be coloured, toned, or highlighted by a professional colourist experienced in working with raw hair. We don’t recommend home dyeing, as improper processing can damage the hair.
Will the lace match my skin tone?
Our HD lace is designed to blend seamlessly with all skin tones.
How do I know my wig size?
You can follow our “How to Measure Your Head for a Wig” guide to determine your correct cap size. If you’re unsure, we offer in-person and virtual consultations to help you find your perfect fit.
How should I store my wig?
Always store your wig on a wig stand or inside a silk bag when not in use. This protects the shape, prevents friction, and maintains moisture balance.
Can I sleep or shower in my wig?
We recommend removing your wig before sleeping, swimming, or showering to preserve the lace and hair quality. Friction and water exposure can weaken the lace and shorten the wig’s lifespan. However, this is personal preference and totally up to you.
Do you offer custom wigs?
Yes. We provide custom and medical wig consultations for clients with alopecia, hair loss, or specific styling needs. Every custom unit is made to your exact measurements, hairline shape, and density preference.
Do you offer medical wigs?
Yes — Haló specialises in medical-grade wigs for those experiencing hair loss from alopecia, chemotherapy, or autoimmune conditions. These are lightweight, breathable, and designed for sensitive scalps.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Haló offers worldwide shipping with full tracking. All orders are carefully packaged to protect the lace and preserve the hair’s condition during transit.
Can I book a consultation?
Absolutely. Consultations are available in-clinic or online and include a full scalp and lifestyle assessment, wig education, and personalised recommendations from a medical hair loss specialist.

Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to process?
For ready-to-ship wigs, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before dispatch.
Custom units typically require up to 6 weeks for creation, depending on the design, length, and density.
Full lace wigs may take up to 4 months, as every strand of hair is individually hand-tied into the lace base — a meticulous process that ensures the most natural movement and undetectable finish.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, delivery times are approximately:
Ireland: 1–3 business days
UK & Europe: 3–7 business days
International (US, Canada, etc.): 7–14 business days
All orders include tracking details, and clients will receive updates once the order is in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Haló ships worldwide. International clients are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their country’s authorities.
How will my wig be packaged?
Each Haló wig is carefully placed in a branded box designed to protect the hair and lace during delivery.
All orders are shipped in discreet outer packaging with no visible branding or product description, ensuring your privacy and security at every stage of delivery.
Can I return or exchange my wig?
Due to hygiene regulations and the custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once a wig has been worn, styled, or altered in any way.
Please note: if the lace has been cut, the wig is considered worn and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
If you believe you’ve received the wrong product or there’s a fault with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and our team will review the issue promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if processing has not begun.
Custom and full lace orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as each piece is handmade to order.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes — Haló specialises in custom and medical-grade wigs. Each unit is tailored to your measurements, hairline, lace tone, density, and length preferences. You’ll receive a confirmation of your order details before production begins.
Will I get updates on my order?
Yes. You’ll receive email updates at every stage — from order confirmation and production updates to shipment and delivery tracking.
Can I order a wig as a gift?
Yes — all Haló wigs are beautifully boxed, and you can include a personalised gift message at checkout. Please ensure the recipient’s details are correct before completing your order.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
In the unlikely event of a delay or lost parcel, please contact us immediately. We’ll liaise with the courier and provide full support. All parcels are shipped with tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
